Night Supervisor

About Us: Sweeptech is a Nation wide leader in a sustainable waste management, using cutting-edge technology to deliver top-quality service. We are looking for a Night Supervisor who will lead and supervise Tanker and CCTV Drivers and operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise Tanker and CCTV drivers and operatives to ensure optimal service delivery and adherence to company policies.
Site Supervision :Monitor PPE compliance, operational safety, traffic management, and safe working practices. Coordinate A/P duties including gas entry monitoring, entry timings, and head counts, and provide recommendations to the General Manager for potential operational improvements
Risk and Method Statements: Develop, implement, and monitor risk and method statements for all tanker and CCTV operations, ensuring alignment with safety and operational standards.
Airport Operating Compliance and Permitting :Manage airside staff passes and operating permits, maintaining 24/7 operational readiness for all assets and personnel.
Reporting: Provide detailed contract delivery reports to SES management and clients, including Gatwick Airports Engineering Team, highlighting program delivery and sustainability achievements
