Night Shift Manager

We are currently looking for a Night Shift Manager for our client, a well-known pallet repairer and distributor based in Northfleet.

This is a full-time role paying �30 to �36k per annum depending on experience. A yearly salary increase for the first 5 years and a performance bonus is offered.

The Night Shift Manager will be managing a small team of up to 5 FLT Drivers.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 22.00 to 06.00

Duties

• Oversee and coordinate the night shift colleagues.
• Drive organizational Improvements.
• Ensure targets are met.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Maintain the H&S levels on site.
• Liaise with other departments of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in performance management and employee development.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• FLT Counterbalance licence would be an advantage but not a must.
