Leakage Night Technician Manager
Location: Chatham and surrounding areas
Hours: Night shifts – full-time (4x 10 hour shifts)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leakage Night Technician Manager to lead our clients night operations team in the Chatham area. This critical role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of night-time leakage detection and repair activities, helping to drive down water loss and ensure operational efficiency across the local water network.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
* Lead and inspire a team of night shift leakage technicians.
* Provide clear direction, support, and on-the-job coaching to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Leakage Detection & Field Operations
* Oversee night-time field operations, including planned and reactive leakage detection surveys and initial repair coordination.
* Ensure accurate testing and use of specialist equipment for effective identification of network issues.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
* Review and interpret leakage data, identifying patterns and contributing to ongoing performance improvements.
* Produce clear reports and updates for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
