Position: Night Concierge

Location: Chelsea Waterfront

Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off (Apply online only)

Salary: �30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development located in Fulham, consisting of 291 high end, residential apartments as well as benefitting from amenities such as a state of the art leisure facility with fully equipped gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. �The development is located close to Imperial Wharf and Fulham Broadway Station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Have a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
• Ideally come from a residential security background and have experience in a lone working position.
