? What You'll Be Doing: Leading, motivating, and managing the night cleaning team to deliver immaculate results

Recruiting, training, and developing your team to uphold the highest standards

Ensuring all cleaning processes are followed with precision and consistency

Maintaining impeccable cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas

Ensuring safe and correct use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment in line with COSHH

Championing a culture of excellence, detail, and pride in presentation
