As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of the development, guiding customers through the homebuying journey from first enquiry to handing over the keys. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
*
Convert leads into reservations and achieve/exceed sales targets
*
Conduct show home tours, sales appointments, and open days
*
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales
*
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
*
Support marketing and promotional activities for your development
*
Ensure all presentation standards and health & safety protocols are met
🧩 About You
*
Proven experience in new homes sales is essential
*
Strong negotiation and closing skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
*
Able to work weekends with days off during the week
*
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
