Job DescriptionRole Purpose:An opportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial family company as an ambitious retail NAE with the potential to become a NAM.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mainly one large discounter and some smaller accounts, being the essential link out in the field. This role will be a key part of the leadership team.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES· Develop and maintain relationships with your customers + complete key admin tasks.· Create and implement customer business plans to achieve agreed objectives and targets.· Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and develop insights to drive growth.· Monitor and manage customer profitability and pricing to ensure profitable growth.· Negotiate and manage contracts and terms of trade with customers.· Create accurate forecasts in conjunction with Demand Planner.· Working cross functionally to create engaging customer sell in presentations· Adhoc· To act in accordance with the core values of the business at all timesTo undertake any other relevant duties as and when requested by managementQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:MANDATORY· Substantial experience within similar NAM role· Working experience within similar working manufacturing environment· Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions· A good understanding of the FMCG marketplace and how it operatesDESIRED· Worked within chilled/protein environment· Degree in Sales/Business Development· Knowledge of British Retail Consortium (BRC) working practices· Level 2 Food Safety/Food HygieneSKILLS & KNOWLEDGEMANDATORY· Excellent customer service· Have drive, focus and set high standards, inspiring others around you· Excellent communication skills· Flexible and adaptable approach· Passionate, pro-active with a positive approach· Confidence and credibility· Good IT Skills· Full driving license, with ability to travel· Solution focusedDESIRED· Incredibly organized· Self-motivated· Goal orientated· Entrepreneurial spark· Initiative and creativityPrevious P&L management of UK retailers preferred but not essentialSalary £37-42k, company car/allowance.Please email ##### for the full job description.Copernus Ltd. care about your privacy and we are committed to processing your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR Data Privacy Laws.By submitting your CV (through our website or associated recruitment methods) you are agreeing to your personal data being retained in a secure location for up to 6 months to enable us to match and notify you of suitable opportunities.
