Sefton Council's My SPACE (Sefton Protection Against Child Exploitation) Team is looking for a committed and resilient Intervention Worker to join our multi-agency service.?? About the Role As an Intervention Worker, you'll deliver intensive, evidence-based support for young people who are at risk of or experiencing exploitation. Using a Child First, Trusted Adult, and trauma-informed approach, you’ll provide creative interventions and work alongside Social Workers, families, and key partners to reduce risk and improve outcomes.?? Key Responsibilities: Co-work with social care teams as part of the ETAC (Exploitation Team Around the Child) model.
Deliver personalised, strengths-based interventions for vulnerable young people.
Contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews.
Prepare and present accurate reports for multi-agency meetings.
