Multiskilled Maintenance Operative/Caretaker

Your new company A student accommodation provider is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to support them with some general repair works for a short term temporary basis (2/3 weeks) while the students are away over summer. Start date expected- 28th JuneRates:
£14ph plus holiday pay (£15.69ph PAYE premium)
£17.50ph Umbrella
(NO CIS)
Repairs work to fixtures and fittings, toilet flushes, taps, lightbulbs, oven switches, sockets, radiator valves, door handles, cupboard doors etcPaid 7 hours per day for approximately 12 days.8:30-4 Monday to FridayNo specific qualifications required but must have relevant experience. (Quals a bonus).
