We’re working with a respected facilities management company to recruit skilled Maintenance Engineers across multiple trades to support a key contract at a high-profile site in Glasgow.
Whether your background is electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or general building services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, long-term FM contract with a recognised industry leader.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building systems
*
Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults
*
Assisting with installation and project work when required
*
Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and regulations
*
Keeping clear and accurate service records
*
Collaborating with other site engineers and contractors
What We’re Looking For:
*
Time-served tradesperson with relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
*
Experience working within commercial or industrial FM environments
*
Sound fault-finding and maintenance skills in your trade discipline
*
Strong awareness of health & safety and statutory compliance
*
Good communication skill...
