Multiskilled Engineer

Must have the following:
Full UK Driving License
Recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification
Experience of working in a Food Distribution / Warehouse environment

• Reporting to the General Manager, to undertake scheduled and reactive maintenance activities within the production, warehouse and offices.
• Provide a full range of maintenance support for PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues including but not limited to - minor building/plumbing repairs, Electrical/Mechanical trouble shooting and repairs & general maintenance.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated.
• Liaise as required with external contractors, overseeing their activities and conform to all H&S regulations and best practices.
• Attend meetings and workshops.
• Focus on high customer satisfaction within service level targets.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
• Travel may be required occasionally to support subsidiary sites within the M25.
