Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm / Saturday 9am-2pm

We are seeking a fluent French and Dutch speaker to join a fun, friendly multilingual team as a Careline Advisor based in central London (2 days in the office, the rest from home). This isn't your average customer service job - you'll be supporting people across Europe with product queries, social media conversations, and all kinds of care-related comms for a much-loved household brand.

You'll be the person they turn to when they need support, a bit of reassurance, or a fast solution. Whether that's a question on Instagram, a product concern, or a curious query about nutrition - you'll handle it with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality.



What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting customers across social media, phone, email and live chat

  • Taking ownership of customer journeys and finding the right fix first time

  • Responding with warmth and professionalism - in French, Dutch, and English

  • Collaborating with an experienced team who love what they do

  • Working with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite and MS Office

  • Getting involved in campaign content and community engagement



About You:

  • You speak French, Dutch, and English fluently

  • You're empathetic, articulate, and love solving problems

  • You're digitally savvy and comfortable across platforms

  • You have previous experience in customer care - food industry is a bonus

  • You're curious about nutrition, wellbeing or products with purpose

  • You're a team player who also thrives working independently
