Full-Time Practice Nurse Position Available
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients across various treatment room services, with a focus on chronic disease management and diabetes care.
About the Role:

• Deliver holistic, patient-centred care across treatment room services (wound care, ECG, phlebotomy, etc.)
• Conduct cervical screening, vaccinations (including travel), and health promotion
• Assist with minor surgery, contraceptive services, and Warfarin monitoring
• Support infection control audits and contribute to practice improvements
• Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a learning environment
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Experience in general practice or primary care settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and teamworking skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
