Job Title: Multi-Trader Location: Dartford
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader on behalf of our client, a reputable social housing contractor and property maintenance company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a growing team working on a variety of domestic projects across Dartford.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and basic plastering.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.

Perform multi-trade duties including (but not limited to):

*

Basic plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks, replacing taps)

*

Carpentry (e.g. door repairs, fitting skirting)

*

Painting & decorating

*

Tiling & patch plastering

*

General handyman tasks

*

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

*

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site.

*

Accurately record job details and materials used.
