Job Opportunity: Multi-Trade Operative/Handyperson - Central London
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operatives in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general maintenance and repairs in both residential and commercial properties.
Performing a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting and more.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations.
Maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a tidy, safe working environment.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and managing workloads efficiently.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and excellent time management.
