Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative

The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks across multiple trades including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, and general maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and has a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and painting tasks
Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-trade role
Competency in a range of trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively
