We’re currently seeking a multi skilled Plumber to join our team working on a social housing project in Bury. Delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services across homes and public buildings.

Multi Skilled Plumber Key Responsibilities:

Carry out multi-skilled plumbing tasks, including
Responsive and planned repairs
Void property reinstatements
Disrepair works and damp remediation
Capital investment projects
Work across council homes, public buildings, and other managed properties.
Deliver quality work while ensuring excellent customer service and cost-effective solutions.
Multi Skilled Plumber Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-skilled plumbing
Remove bathrooms and alter pipework
Install level deck trays to both wood and concrete floors
Perform patch plastering and Dot & Dab
Complete minor joinery tasks
Tile up to 10sqm to a high standard
Screed floors as required
Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle
Must be able to work on-site daily
