Join a leading global business in the FMCG Manufacturing industry as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer. This role involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager, focusing on both mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure high standards are maintained within a dynamic team environment.
Day-to-day of the role: Maintain, repair, and improve the performance of various mechanical equipment and systems within the facility.
Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment, including PLCs, gearboxes, and motors.
Install, test, and commission new or upgraded mechanical equipment and systems.
Collaborate closely with other engineers, technicians, operators, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Valid certification or license in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, theories, and practices.
