Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Darlington
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading FM company for a full-time, permanent role based in Darlington.
The Role:
As part of a dedicated facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of electrical and mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial buildings. You’ll carry out PPMs, respond to reactive issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational procedures.
Key Requirements:

Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ / 18th Edition)
*
Proven experience in a multi-skilled role (electrical & mechanical)
*
Strong understanding of FM environments
*
Good communication and problem-solving skills
*
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
