Job Description Are you a reliable Plumber with experience across multiple trades? I’m working with a well-established maintenance contractor based in Devon to recruit a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join their responsive maintenance team in Exeter.\n\n Your Role:\n\n You’ll be carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic properties, ensuring everything from leaky taps to full bathroom repairs are sorted quickly and to a high standard.\n\n Duties include:\n\n • General plumbing repairs and maintenance\n • Fixing leaks, replacing taps, valves, and pipework\n • Clearing blockages and fault finding\n • Basic carpentry, small repairs\n • Minor tiling and decorating to make good after works\n \nWhat you’ll need:\n\n • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing\n • Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience\n • A CSCS card (desirable, but not essential)\n • Own transport\n • Your own tools\n • Strong communication skills and a professional approach\n\n Interested?\n\n Click “Apply” to send across your up to date CV or give Michelle Mackie a call for more information
