Multi Skilled Builder

Permanent, Full time, 39 hours per week (between 8am - 6pm) plus call out incl. weekends

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative with a general building and roofing experience to work within our Property Services team.
You will be responsible for the improvement and maintenance to all JRF/JRHT properties as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation in order to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service.
You will typically:
Carry out all building work relating to responsive repairs, voids, cyclical and modernisation works allocated by the Resource planner
Carry out multi-skilled works to include electrical, plumbing, tiling, plastering and joinery works to all JRF/JRHT properties in accordance with priorities and policies
Provide safe usage and supervising usage of machinery, including basic maintenance and inspections, as and when required
Attend and participate in all training, learning and personal development events as required
