MOT Tester
Location: Rochester, Kent
Shift: Part Time – Preferably Tuesday-Thursday
Pay Rate: £15 p/h PAYE, £17.40 p/h Umbrella
Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work. Part Time.
We are recruiting experienced MOT Testers on behalf of our client, a leading automotive service centre in Rochester. This role involves carrying out MOT tests, servicing, and repairs on a range of manufacturer vehicles to a high standard. Candidates must have multi-brand vehicle experience and a strong understanding of manufacturer repair guidelines.
Objectives for Role:
* Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs.
* Ability to understand and follow advised customers repair standards.
* Ability to problem solve and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues.
* You will conduct MOT tests, perform general mechanical repairs, and service a variety of vehicles.
Experience & Qualifications:
* You will need to be qualified Vehicle Technician - City and Guilds, NVQ or IMI qualified to Level 3.
* Class 4 MOT Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
