Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicle safety and compliance, working meticulously to keep customers safe on the road. You'll play a critical role in the business, contributing to smooth workshop operations and high standards of service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
Identifying and advising customers on required repairs and servicing
Ensuring every vehicle leaving the workshop is safe, roadworthy, and compliant
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults with accuracy
Working efficiently to meet garage deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
Providing honest, professional advice to customers regarding their vehicles
Collaborating with technicians and service advisors to maintain a well-run workshop
