This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.The job:Provide anatomical pathology assistance to colleagues and pathologistsAdmission, measuring and registration of the deceased ensuring they are identified, cared for and stored in accordance with HTA guidelinesTo assist colleagues with the delivery and maintenance of a high quality safe, efficient, and effective mortuary serviceTo develop and utilise specialist knowledge and experience related to the work undertakenTo maintain an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of recent developments in PathologyThe candidate:To have an understanding of current mortuary practice and have knowledge of routine post-mortems, high risk cases, Coroner's cases, forensic workMust hold or be work towards the Diploma in APTHave significant current practical mortuary / bereavement experienceBeing UKDVI and AHCS registered is preferredPlease submit your application via the contact details provided and you will be contacted with further information about this opportunity or email your CV to me directly; or call me on; (phone number removed) Job Info
