Our client is hiring a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll be working on a wide range of forklift trucks, telehandlers, counterbalance forklifts, and other material handling equipment (MHE) at client sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintenance and repair of forklifts, lift trucks, and other MHE
Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Field-based work with paid door-to-door travel
Completing service reports and ensuring equipment is safe and compliant
Providing excellent customer service and technical support on-siteRequirements
Experienced Engineer, Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, or Forklift Technician
Strong understanding of diesel, LPG, and electric forklifts
Experience with hydraulics, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant, Mechanical, or Vehicle Engineering
Full UK driving licenceBenefits
