CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites around the Central Belt and Edinburgh areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Basic Salary of up to £38,000

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

Reactive and planned plumbing work
Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
Pipework inspections and repairs
Minor installation works
Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
Flexible in helping other trades on site
Planned and reactive works
To provide call out response
Requirements

Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
Full Drivers license
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
