Mobile Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Facilities Services Engineer to support the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. This role is responsible for carrying out routine compliance checks and maintenance tasks, including Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), weekly tap temperature testing, and emergency lighting inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building compliance standards and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) in accordance with current regulations and maintain accurate records.
Perform weekly tap temperature testing to ensure compliance with Legionella control measures.
Carry out monthly emergency lighting tests, documenting results and reporting any faults.
Support general building maintenance tasks as required, including minor repairs and inspections.
