We’re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Fabric Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team. Working across a range of commercial sites in and around Bournemouth, you’ll handle a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
🛠 Responsibilities:

General building fabric maintenance: carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.
*
Basic plumbing and minor electrical work
*
Conducting inspections and reporting issues
*
Maintaining health & safety compliance on all jobs
*
Working independently and managing your own schedule
✅ What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
A can-do attitude and good communication skills
