MOBILE FABRIC ENGINEER – HANDY PERSON – MULTI TRADE
Temporary to Permanent, ASAP Start
M3 Corridor
InVictus are working exclusively with a leading FM provider who are dominating the industry. They are looking to make MULTIPLE additions to their team for mobile fabric engineers after an expansion on the contract.
The role is a mobile role covering a well known department store who is looking to uplift their current sites giving them a new lease of life.
This temp to perm opportunity is paying an annual salary of up to £30,000 and has an hourly pay rate equivalent.
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm flexible working hours when jobs need to be done outside of store opening times.
Overtime opportunities available
You will carry out general fabric PPM's and reactive works such as;
* Plumbing
* Carpentry (Door work, locks, installing sinks & pipework)
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling (Floors, walls and carpets)
* Exterior works to car parks and loading bay
* You will be expected to keep records of all work
* You will need to understand health & safety regulations
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role in facilities maintenance.
* Relevant qualification would be an advantage
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills for record-keeping
