Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, early finish on Fridays)
Starting Pay: £14.50 / hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our client in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a permanent, full-time role offering stable employment and a great working environment.
About the Role
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to high standards. You will work as part of a team, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities
* MIG welding and fabricating metal components
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Ensuring all welds meet quality standards
* Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Proven experience in MIG welding
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and quality control
* Strong work ethic and reliability
