The ideal candidate will bring experience in interior design, particularly within the Hospitality sector. However, those with a background in Commercial, Workplace, or Retail design are also encouraged to apply. Key skills and experience required include:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
In return, the position offers a competitive salary in the region of £30,000-£38,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience. After an initial probationary period, hybrid working arrangements will be available, allowing for a flexible balance between office and remote work.
