Midweight Interior Architect

Location:             Holborn, London
Salary:                  £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

A multi-award-winning, design-led studio at the forefront of luxury residential architecture and interiors is seeking a talented Midweight Interior Architect to join its expanding team. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled Interior Architect to take on beautifully detailed projects across prime London and international markets, working alongside a close-knit team of architects and designers who are passionate about delivering excellence.
 
Package:
  • £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)
  • Hybrid working (Up to 2 days from home per week)

Office: Holborn, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop interior architecture concepts from concept through to construction
  • Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD, including GA plans, elevations, joinery, and bespoke detailing
  • Create 3D models and visuals using SketchUp to support presentations and design development
  • Assist in material and FF&E selections, sourcing, and documentation
  • Prepare and contribute to client presentations and moodboards using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is upheld through to completion
  • Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings as required
 
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Interior Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end residential interior architecture
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong technical knowledge, with an ability to produce high-quality drawing packages
  • A keen eye for detail and a refined design sensibility aligned with luxury interiors
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
