Microbiologist

We require a Microbiologist to undertake all types of microbiological projects, primarily for the Oil & Gas sector. The work will include the completion of routine project tasks, client management, project proposals and producing reports for onshore and offshore work.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Microbiologist who has worked within a laboratory testing environment. You will have enthusiasm for science and wish to develop technically within Microbiology. The Microbiology Analyst will play an active part in ensuring the highest quality of service to clients and adherence to standards.
Skills and Qualifications
MSc or above in Microbiology or Biosciences (or equivalent experience)
Experience of working in a laboratory environment
Relevant offshore and/or industrial experience desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
Ability to support the resolution of client issues
Excellent presentation skills, this will include delivering courses, business development presentations, and client data reviews)
IT literate specifically MS Office packages
Ability to support the development of new techniques/analyses
Flexibility with working hours
