Metal Prepper Required!

BE Recruitment are looking for a Metal Prepper for an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough.

Experience within metal works environment preferred, but full training provided. Long term, temp-perm opportunity.

Duties:

• Prepping of metal - Stainless Steel
• Grinding - Axle Grinder
• Tack Welding
• Assembly - use of hand, power, airtools.
• General Duties.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 07:30am - 16:30pm
• 1-hour lunch break

Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 P/H Starting

OT -1.3x / 1.5x

Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

• Full training provided
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
• Positive can-do attitude.
