Job Title: Metal Polisher
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime
Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Polisher to join our client’s growing team in Cheshunt. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in metal polishing and finishing, especially within decorative and architectural applications. Key Responsibilities
* Polishing and finishing of decorative aircraft parts, architectural metalwork, and bespoke components
* Use of grinders, straight polishers, and other polishing equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
* Handling sculptures, aircraft panels, and custom items with care and attention to detail
* Managing personal workload and ensuring projects are completed on time
* Working from technical drawings or verbal instructions where required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in metal polishing and finishing
* Skilled in using a range of polishing tools and machinery
* Confidence in handling bespoke and precision items
* Strong eye for detail and high-quality standards
* Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
* Experience with aerospace or architectural finishes is highly desirable
