MEP Project Manager

Job Description BMSL Group are recruiting on behalf of an established business who want to employ an experienced MEP Project Manager (mechanical bias).\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n * Preferably a Mechanical background / bias, however, should have an understanding and be comfortable managing Electrical trades.\n\n * Residential, Commercial, and Industrial experience.\n\n * Consult closely with the site construction team Conversant and ability to manage specialist MEP trades, BMS Systems, Smoke Ventilation, Sprinklers, etc.\n\n * Should hold knowledge and experience of incoming Mechanical & Electrical Services.\n\n * Hold and chair regular design review and progress meetings.\n\n * Understand programmes and produce project programmes, measure ongoing site progress, and develop short term programmes.\n\n * Be capable of understanding drawings, specifications, and design detail and able to procure plant and sub-contractors to suit.\n\n * Be capable of producing monthly reports, detailing progress, cost, programme, quality, and Health & Safety.\n\n * Provide quality reports.\n\n * Assist the MEP commercial team with compiling monthly costs reports.\n\n * Manage client and sub- contract variations.\n\n * Attend client, team, and Contract Review meetings.\n\n * Assess sub-contractor RAMS and quality plans.\n\n * Ensure work faces are available in accordance with the programme.\n\n * Collate and manage Operating & Maintenance manu...
