MEP Project Manager

Job Description Client: My client are a mechanical and electrical building services contractor specialising in high end residential projects across London and the home counties. Trading for over 20 years, our client is recognised as a market leading MEP Residential contractor. Projects can range from £2m - £5m+ MEP value.

Development of good working relationships with their clients is key to our client’s success. As a result, they benefit from a large amount of repeat business. The majority of our client base comes through personal recommendation, referrals and repeat business and includes numerous Tier 1 Residential Contractors.

As a result of a period of sustained growth in turnover, they are actively looking to recruit for their operational team. They seek the following.

Role: MEP Project Manager: £350 - £375 per day

My client are happy for their Project Managers to have a mechanical or electrical bias as long as they have extensive experience running mixed services on high end residential projects.

Procurement of kit
Follow the Contractor’s construction programme
Value Engineering where applicable
Health & Safety management (RAMs)
Technical submittals
