MEP Manager - Mission Critical - Europe

Salter Grange is now recruiting for an ambitious and forward-thinking MEP/ Electrical Biased Manager to join a European Market Leader within the Data Centre industry on a €100 M high-profile project in Central Europe. The ideal MEP Manager will have the right to work in Europe, be degree-qualified and have a minimum of 3 years experience on mission-critical projects. As an MEP Manager, you will be IT Literate, able to manage lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. MEP Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on projects on time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Delivering high-quality, time-efficient.Responsible for building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success.Works as part of the project MEP team, managing the construction of the MEP services, reporting to the Line Manager ensuring compliance with company standards.Accountable for the construction aspects of the MEP services and the management of the site environment, Programme, Health Safety, Wellbeing, Quality and Commissioning of the project. Manages the programme review process with trade specialists, checking for productivity, key issues/blockers and trade-to-trade coordination, using digital technologies to ensure the project/package is on schedule.The ability to identify trends, key issues or critical path risks is fundamental.
