Mental Health Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a private mental health hospital based in Goddards Green West Sussex, supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the patients are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with Mental health
DBS on update service (Desirable)
Restraint training e.g PMVA/Mapa/CPI/Maybo
Minimum 3 years references no gaps
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
Key Responsibilities
Encourage New skill development
Attending appointments
Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
Measure and record patients vital signs such as temperature, pulse and blood pressure.
