Mental Health Support Worker

P4 Recruitment are r ecruiting a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to join a female-only supported living service in Ealing , working with women aged 1865 years who are on their journey to mental health recovery.

?? Full Time | 37.5 hours per week
?? £24,000 £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
? Shifts: 8:00am4:00pm & 2:00pm10:00pm
?? Rota: 1 in 4/5 weekends (subject to staffing needs)
?? About the Role:
Youll be part of a therapeutic, trauma-informed team that supports residents with a range of mental health needs in a structured, supportive environment. This role is shift-based and includes both early and late shifts on a rolling rota.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing emotional and practical support to service users

Supporting daily living activities including cooking, medication prompts, and community integration

Collaborating with therapists, support coordinators, and clinical professionals

Promoting independence, self-confidence, and recovery goals

Maintaining accurate and confidential records
