Mental Health Support Worker - Female Only Service

P4 Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to join a female only supported living service in Ealing, working with women aged 18-65 years who are on their journey to mental health recovery ?? Ealing, London
?? Full Time | 37.5 hours per week ?? £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) ? Shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm ?? Rota: 1 in 4/5 weekends (subject to staffing needs)
? About the Role: You’ll be part of a therapeutic, trauma-informed team that supports residents with a range of mental health needs in a structured, supportive environment. This role is shift-based and includes both early and late shifts on a rolling rota.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing emotional and practical support to service users

Supporting daily living activities including cooking, medication prompts, and community integration

Collaborating with therapists, support coordinators, and clinical professionals

Promoting independence, self-confidence, and recovery goals

Maintaining accurate and confidential records
