Job Description Media Project Executive
Manchester | £30k + Bonus
Media Project Executive sought by a global Media & Events business with offices in Manchester, to play a key role in ensuring seamless executive of key client Media & Marketing campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business that have seen over 200% growth in the past few years, with further growth planned. The organisation has become a leading name in their industry, developing & delivering global industry events, as well as delivering timely news & insights to keep the industry informed with the latest developments.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational & administrative skills, with the ability to multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally you'll have is project management, preferably in media, marketing or digital.
Day-to-day:
Develop and maintain project schedules for webinars, market research reports, magazines, and newsletters.
Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and promotional schedules are met.
Prioritise and allocate tasks in partnership with department managers and cross-functional leads to ensure timely and effective delivery.
