An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join its on-site delivery team in Cork. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to take the lead on high-profile industrial and pharmaceutical builds within a fast-paced and quality-focused environment.
In this role, youll supervise mechanical installations from early-stage mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. Youll work closely with project management and subcontractors, ensuring all site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate day-to-day mechanical works on site, including labour supervision and material allocation
Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, building regulations, and company health and safety standards
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance through site inspections, walkdowns, and documentation reviews
Manage subcontractor performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with other trades as needed
