In this role, you’ll supervise mechanical installations from early-stage mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. You’ll work closely with project management and subcontractors, ensuring all site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance through site inspections, walkdowns, and documentation reviews

  • Manage subcontractor performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with other trades as needed

  • Conduct post-installation checks and support handover processes including punch-list management

  • Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and compliance documentation

  • Support and enforce site safety culture through regular engagement and toolbox talks

  • Attend coordination meetings and contribute to planning sessions with the wider construction team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role within mechanical or HVAC installation, preferably in pharma or industrial settings

  • Relevant trade qualification or mechanical engineering certification essential

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, compliance, and quality control procedures

  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and health & safety legislation

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive progress, and ensure high-quality delivery

  • Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude

What’s on Offer:

  • €50,000.00 - €55,000.00 + Travel

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications

  • Long-term role with a strong pipeline of local work in Cork and the wider Munster region

  • Exposure to technically demanding projects within regulated sectors

  • Supportive team culture with clear routes to further career development

  • Opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering high-quality engineering solutions
