A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bromsgrove Area!

With no day ever being the same the Mechanical Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work within the maintenance budgets
Fulfil the role of manager within the Mechanical maintenance team
Support with internal, external and compliance Audits
Plan, resource, and supervise mechanical maintenance during shutdowns.
Support Electrical, Controls and Instrument Engineers as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Supervisory / Man Management experience
Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience managing multiple contractors and maintenance contracts
Energy from waste / Power plant / Process Plant industry experience
Experience having the responsibility for rotating and high-pressure equipment
