Mechanical Supervisor / Project Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee several exciting projects within the mechanical systems sector. As part of this role, you will be required to travel between various project sites on a regular basis. A company van and fuel card will be provided for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing mechanical plant upgrades and new installations, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
Managing mechanical works on a variety of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Leading on-site teams and coordinating resources to meet project deadlines.
Ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NHS-specific guidelines for live environments.
Managing site logistics, including coordination between multiple projects.

Project Overview:

Mechanical upgrades in healthcare settings: Experience working in live environments, especially within NHS settings, is essential.
New build developments: Involvement in first and second fix installations, including gas-fired boilers and other mechanical systems.
Sustainable and energy-efficient systems: Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and pre-insulated cylinders for new build developments.
