What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical installations (£20M+ M&E value), ideally in critical environments or high-spec commercial schemes

Strong understanding of design & build mechanical systems

Skilled in supervising subcontractors, handling design coordination, and maintaining programme delivery

Currently working for a reputable M&E or main contractor, and ready for your next challenge

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations

Lead subcontractor teams and internal labour across shell & core and fit-out phases

Conduct site progress meetings and maintain clear communication with the wider project team

Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation, quality standards, and project specifications

Work closely with design, project management and client teams to resolve technical queries

Manage procurement of mechanical materials, monitoring deliveries and supplier performance

Support testing, commissioning, and handover stages, ensuring smooth project completion

Requirements:

Experience managing mechanical installations on £20M+ M&E projects

In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including shell & core and fit-out

Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS/ECS preferred

Full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence
