Job Description Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer \n\nLocation: Salford, Manchester, M50 2TG \n\nContract: Commercial HVAC Maintenance\n\nSalary: £18 to 28/per hour \n\nAre you an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? \n\nOur client is an established National FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical maintenance engineer to join their team on Contract basis \n\nThis is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training. \n\nThis is a static position working Continental Shifts \n\nMain Duties will include;\n\nCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.\nCarry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.\nBe on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.\nOverseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.\nCarry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nUnderstand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.\nComply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nDaily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks including - UPS system and associated control systems, Plumbing and drainage systems, Boiler room checks , Cooling towers, Fan coil units / AHU's/ Fans , Heating Pump...
