Mechanical HVAC Engineer

We are recruiting for a HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a large scale estate in the York area providing building services maintenance
The role is a permanent position Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (days). Paying up to 42k basic plus OT (on call TBC),

HVAC / Mechanical Engineer Duties:
This role will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:
PPM tasks – including AHU's, Fan coil Units, pumps, valves, general mechanical plant room
Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by technical supervisor
Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation
General plumbing and leak repair
Risk assessment
Adherence to PPM schedule
Contribution to continuous process/system improvement
Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutions
Attend departmental meetings as required.
Embrace a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business.
Assist senior management as requested.
Clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure the team is achieving results.
Overlap with basic electrical and fabric roles

Requirements:
Fully qualified time served Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Engineer
To have previous maintenance and building services sector experience
Ability to demonstrate multi skilled / mechanical competency
Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel and outlook.
