What you’ll be doing:
Leading the mechanical maintenance team, overseeing performance and development
Managing mechanical services and contractors to ensure quality and efficiency
Planning and supervising preventive maintenance and shutdowns
Responding to equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions
Managing maintenance budgets and optimising spare parts availability
Ensuring statutory compliance, including safety device testing and PSSR-regulated systems
Supporting audits and compliance checks

What we want from you:
